Admission Guidelines for Academic Session 2025-26

Admission Procedure:
Application Submission: The application form duly filled shall be submitted at the school reception. The filled application form received by the school office does not guarantee admission .
Interaction/Assessment: An interaction or assessment session may be scheduled to understand the child’s academic readiness and social development.
For admission to Junior KG to Grade VII, the minimum age criterion is as follows as on 31st March of the academic year.
Nursery : 03+ years as on by 31st March (year of admission) |
KG : upto 05 years as on by 31st March (year of admission) |
Class I : upto 06 years as on by 31st March (year of admission) |
Documents Required at the Time of Admission:
Document Submission: Submission of the documents as listed below.
(a). Photocopies of following documents are to be enclosed: (Self Attested)
1. Birth Certificate.
2. Proof of Residence – any two of the following: Passport / Voter I.D./Aadhaar Card / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill (MTNL only).
3. Child with Special Needs: Medical Certificate in case of dyslexic children.
4. Proof of Transfer

- For Class KG (Previous Report Card), Class 1st and above (Previous two years Report Cards).
- For Class KG and above transfer certificate to be produced at time of admission along with-
- UDISS NO.
- PEN (Permanent Education Number)
- APAAR ID
5. Aadhaar Card copy of (Child, Mother and Father).

Only photocopies of the documents are to be enclosed; originals will be required at the time of verification.
(b). Please ensure complete form with all supporting documents are Submitted.
(c). Bus service is not mandatory. It is a facility for the convenience and safety of the students and parents. The management reserves the right to withdraw the bus facility or change the route, timing, etc. at any time, as its sole discretion.

At GDGPS, we believe in nurturing young minds from their very first step in education. Our school offers a dedicated activity room where children can explore, create, and learn through hands-on experiences. We also provide a cozy resting area for them to recharge with a peaceful nap.

Preparatory Stage
(Grade I to V)
The Next Step in Learning and Growth. Here, students are exposed to a broader range of knowledge that encourages deeper thinking and exploration. A variety of activities are conducted to ensure the children develop in diverse and well-rounded ways.

Middle Stage
(VI & VII)
This phase of learning is a time when students are given the freedom to explore, experiment, and engage in various activities across all subjects. It’s an exciting period where they are exposed to new ideas and experiences that help them develop critical thinking skills.
*Nursery to UKG – All Saturday’s Off
*Classes I to VII – Second & Fourth Saturday Off. First & Third Saturday Timings 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
